The Digital Recording of Every
TRICO® Application
KX Tracker turns browsing protection into documented work. Your team records each TRICO® application from their phone, and you see where, when and by whom it was applied — on a map, without paperwork.
Every organisation gets its own Enterprise Code. Your workers enter it once in the KX Tracker mobile app, and everything they record is linked to your organisation.
Who Is It For?
KX Tracker is built for two roles that work together.
Forest owners and managers
Private forest owners, forestry contractors and municipalities. You hold the Enterprise Code, you see the map, and the records belong to you.
Field workers
The people applying TRICO® to trees. They need the KX Tracker mobile app and your Enterprise Code. No account, no login, no training.
🛰️ Routes & Locations
-
The app records the route and the treated locations while the work happens.
📁 Automatic Documentation
-
Every application is logged as it happens. No field notebooks, and no season to reconstruct afterwards.
🔐 Enterprise Code
-
Your organisation receives one Enterprise Code. Workers enter it in the app together with a nickname, which links everything they record to you.
📊 Operational Transparency
-
See when, where and by whom TRICO® was applied — in one place, at any time.
📷 Scan & Go
Every TRICO® canister carries a QR code. Scanned in the app, it selects the product and enters the serial number — nothing to type, nothing to mistype.
How It Works
Four steps, all on your side. Your team never needs a KX account.
-
Create your KX account
Register at kx-digital.com. A KX account is required before you can open the KX Tracker Portal.
-
Log in to the Tracker Portal
Open tracker.kx-digital.com and sign in with your KX account. Your Enterprise Code is shown at the top right.
-
Give the Enterprise Code to your team
Each worker enters it once in the KX Tracker mobile app, along with a nickname they choose. They need no KX account and no login of their own.
-
Follow the work on the map
Every recorded application appears in the Tracker Portal with its location, time and worker.
Get Your Team Started Today
Your workers need two things: the app and your Enterprise Code. Everything after that happens by itself.
-
Install the KX Tracker app. From the Apple App Store or Google Play.
-
Enter the Enterprise Code and a nickname. Once, the first time the app opens — no account, no password.
-
Scan the canister and start. The QR code on the label fills in the product and serial number. The app then follows the route and saves it automatically.
FAQs
No. Only you register with KX. Your workers install the KX Tracker app and enter your Enterprise Code once — no account, no password, no login. Everything they record from then on is linked to your organisation.
Log in at kx-digital.com and open the Tracker dashboard at tracker.kx-digital.com. Your Enterprise Code is shown at the top right. It is created the first time you open the dashboard, and it is the same code for your whole organisation.
Four steps: register with KX, open the KX Tracker dashboard to get your Enterprise Code, pass the code to your team, and follow the recorded applications on the map. Your team needs nothing but the app and the code.
Scanning it opens a page for that exact container. The page offers a link to the app download, explains the Enterprise Code, and shows the container's own batch number, serial number and dates. Nothing has to be typed or looked up.
The QR code is a shortcut, not a requirement. Your worker can install the app from the App Store or Google Play, enter the Enterprise Code, and start recording as usual. The batch and serial number are also printed on the label.
It tells your workers' records apart on the map. Each person chooses their own nickname the first time they open the app; it does not have to be their full name.
GTIN identifies the product — TRICO® in that pack size. LOT is the batch it was filled from. SN is the serial number of that individual container. Together they identify one specific canister, which is what makes an application traceable back to the product that was used.
