Web analytics with Matomo

To analyse the use of our website and the digital KX services, we use the web analytics tool Matomo.
Matomo is used exclusively with your consent.

For logged‑in users, we use a pseudonymised identifier originating from our login system (IDS) to analyse and optimise the use of our digital services across multiple sessions. No real names or contact details are processed within the analytics tool itself. Any association with an individual person is possible only via our separate identity system.
